About Me

I am a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine with a focus in therapeutic massage. I use various therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of my clients. I use deep tissue techniques to release muscles and reduce tension and soreness. Additionally, I use myofascial and trigger point techniques to help my clients find relief. I believe everyone can benefit from massage, whether you are suffering from stress, sleeplessness, or an athlete looking to relieve your muscles from soreness. I look forward to meeting you!
